Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments while handling cash responsibly.
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and attractive.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, including phone etiquette,

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, helping us serve diverse communities more effectively.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising practices is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining store presentation and transaction accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear speaking abilities, are vital for customer interactions.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
