Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays to attract customer attention
- Offer excellent customer service by answering questions, providing information about products, and resolving issues promptly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor




- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless store operations and uphold phone etiquette when assisting remote or phone inquiries

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to connect with a diverse customer base are highly valued
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technology sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features and benefits confidently during product demos or upselling opportunities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and giving correct change
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as merchandising, checkout processes, and customer interactions simultaneously
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales techniques is advantageous
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation to foster positive relationships with shoppers
