Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise, including technical features when applicable
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote sales opportunities




- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to enhance their purchase experience
- Manage inventory levels on the sales floor and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products or store services while maintaining courteous communication

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales, with a focus on product demos and technical explanations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers confidently and clearly
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and patience in busy environments
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain a smooth flow during peak hours
- Phone etiquette proficiency for professional remote communication and inquiries

Pay: $21.40-$23.58 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
