Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and digital payments.
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products.
- Manage cash register operations with precision, including balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Use effective communication skills to inform customers about store promotions, new products, or technical features.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising techniques is a plus.
- Solid organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening.
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products can enhance your ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively.
