Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Accurately process transactions using the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers, particularly in technology sales and retail settings.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, utilizing effective phone etiquette when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.




- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed.
- Utilize time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy workplace.
- Familiarity with technology sales or retail sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other technology-related tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
