Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and direct customers/visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Process invoices and payments efficiently
- Page in-house personnel as needed
- Maintain accurate records and handle filing duties
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Keep the customer lounge welcoming and comfortable
- Assist with seasonal and monthly tasks as required

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
