Join our team as a Casual Cleaner, specializing in Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and guest-ready spaces.

We offer part-time, full-time, and weekend-only opportunities with flexible scheduling. As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing properties between guests and ensuring each space meets a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Duties

- Perform thorough Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers between guests.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces throughout the property.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, remotes, and countertops.
- Change and make beds with fresh linens and towels.
- Launder, fold, and organize linens and towels when required.
- Clean appliances, including refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, and stovetops.
- Empty garbage and recycling and replace garbage bags.
- Restock guest supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and other provided amenities.
- Check the property for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns and report any issues promptly.
- Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and instructions.
- Ensure the property is guest-ready before the next check-in.




- Pay close attention to details such as mirrors, glass, fixtures, corners, and areas that are easily overlooked.
- Take required photos or communicate completed work when requested.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized condition.
- Complete cleanings efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Skills & Requirements

- Previous Airbnb, hotel, housekeeping, or professional cleaning experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to work independently and follow cleaning checklists.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where turnaround times may be important.
- Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Must be comfortable traveling to different properties as required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, depending on availability.

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience and skills.

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
