The City of Grande Prairie is seeking a Casual Outreach Worker I for the Mobile Outreach Department to perform field-based assessments, determine client vulnerability and risk, and engage individuals to connect them with local services.
You will provide immediate support for basic needs, help with shelter, health care, addiction treatment, and housing, and, when needed, escort clients to secure spaces or health facilities. This is a casual position with on-call shifts and varying hours.
