Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee all financial planning, risk management, and reporting activities. Duties

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster growth and stability

- Oversee accounting functions such as account reconciliation, financial reporting, and audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage risk assessment procedures to identify potential financial threats and establish mitigation plans
- Drive negotiations with investors, banks, and partners to secure favorable terms for financing and strategic alliances
- Guide business development initiatives by analyzing market trends, identifying new revenue streams, and supporting sales strategies

Requirements

- Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, or related financial services roles with a strong record of leadership in high-growth environments
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build strategic partnerships and secure advantageous agreements
- Deep understanding of risk management principles within complex financial landscapes
- Solid background in sales support, business development, and account reconciliation processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to articulate financial insights clearly across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred
