Child & Family Therapist

Part-Time | Opportunity to Expand | In-Person | Weeknight Evenings & Weekends | Ages 5+

We are looking for a warm, kind, and experienced Child & Family Therapist to join our collaborative clinical team.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to gradually expand your caseload and hours based on mutual fit, availability, and client demand.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and families and has a strong foundation in CBT and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches. You will provide individual, family, and parent-child therapy to children ages 5+ and their caregivers.

Areas of Practice

Experience supporting children and families with:

- Anxiety, including school refusal
- Inattention and hyperactivity
- Depression and mood concerns
- OCD
- Behavioural concerns
- Emotional regulation difficulties
- Parent-child relationship challenges
- Family and relational concerns

Qualifications

- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the CRPO or Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the OCSWSSW
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Solid experience working with children and families, particularly ages 5+
- Proficiency in CBT and other evidence-based modalities
- Experience with family therapy and parent-child relationships
- Warm, compassionate,



and flexible approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive clinical team

Availability This is an in-person position with availability for:

- Weeknight evenings
- Weekends

Pay: $114.00 per hour
