As an ECE Educator, you will work closely with a talented team to provide engaging experiences for children aged 12 months to 5 years. Your focus will be on building lasting connections with families while complying with childcare standards and maintaining a safe environment. This permanent position supports the launch of recent programs for the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement creative programming and quality care
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive workplace
- Deliver YMCA Play-Based Learning curriculum
- Ensure cleanliness in all program facilities Requirements:
- Current ECE License to Practice in BC
- Experience in child care
- Strong communication skills
- Current First Aid and CPR required
