Description

We are looking for a CHR Cutover Project Manager to join our team of consultants in our Montreal office on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid position and will be performed in an English-speaking environment.

As a Chrome Technologies consultant, the successful candidate will work with our clients to deliver the projects they have entrusted to us.

Tâches The CHR Cutover Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all cutover activities required for a successful CHR implementation go-live. This role ensures operational readiness by managing timelines, dependencies, resources, and risks associated with transitioning from legacy systems to CHR.

Cutover Planning & Execution:

- Develop and maintain the comprehensive CHR cutover plan, including detailed task sequencing, timelines, and ownership.
- Coordinate all pre-go-live, go-live, and immediate post-go-live cutover activities.
- Lead cutover command center operations during go-live.
- Incident Management, issue triage and escalation

Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, training, and third-party vendors to align cutover activities.
- Ensure clear communication of cutover milestones, expectations, and status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional cutover meetings and readiness reviews.

Risk & Issue Management:




- Identify cutover risks, dependencies, and potential conflicts.
- Develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues as needed.
- Monitor readiness checkpoints to ensure timelines remain on track.

Operational Readiness:
- Support data conversion, system validation, device readiness, and downtime planning.
- Ensure all departments are prepared for workflow transition during go-live.
- Validate completion of required cutover tasks prior to activation.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Track and report cutover progress, risks, and readiness status to leadership.
- Maintain detailed documentation of cutover plans, playbooks, and lessons learned.

Exigences

Required Qualifications

- Experience managing cutover activities for other EHR implementations.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical workflows.
- Proven project management experience in large-scale system deployments.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex timelines under high-pressure go-live environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
- CHR implementation experience in a hospital or health system setting.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
- Experience supporting command center operations during go-live.
