Responsibilities

Operate equipment as per company and customer expectations

Maintain equipment in accordance with company andmanufacturer requirements

Perform thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documents.

Attend daily safety meetings

Follow the safety program, including all policies,procedures and practices

Maintain valid safety tickets & site orientations asrequired

Qualification and Competencies

Minimum 3 Years, valid Class 1 or Class 3 Licensew/ Clean Abstract with Air Brakes

Must be Experienced with the operation of a Semi Vac/ HydroVac/Combo Vac Unit

13 or 18 Speed Transmission experience (must be able to drive manual transmission)





Strong communicator with staff, managers and other drivers

Instructor certified First Aid & H2S Alive

CSE, CSTS, Fall Protection, Ground Disturbance areconsidered assets

Operate a heavy vehicle in challenging environments, in allweather, and in compliance with legal, company, and client requirements

Willingness to provide references, consent to a criminal record check and complete pre-employment alcohol & drug testing

Excellent safety record and a commitment to safework practices

Must be physically fit to enter and exit the vehicle manytimes per day, inspect under vehicle and trailer, and climb
