Janitorial Cleaner ( Monday – Friday )

Position: Janitorial Cleaner Number of Cleaners: 2 Rate: $20.00/hour Key Responsibilities:

Clean and disinfect washrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, counters, and fixtures. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean floors. Empty garbage and recycling receptacles and replace liners.

Clean entrances, common areas, hallways, offices, and other assigned spaces. Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, railings, and counters. Clean interior glass, doors, and other accessible glass surfaces as required.

Replenish washroom and janitorial supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Perform periodic/detail cleaning according to the site schedule. Maintain janitorial rooms, equipment, and supplies in an organized condition.





Report maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor. Follow WHMIS, PPE, health and safety, and site-specific procedures. Complete cleaning checklists or other required service documentation.
