Duties

- Perform routine cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the relevant team members




- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are consistently maintained

Skills

- Prior custodial experience or background in commercial cleaning is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety
