Responsibilities

Your Role:

- Support transformation initiatives across investor relations, transfer agency, AML, and KYC, helping to drive process optimization & operational efficiency




- Support senior management in the delivery of client transformation engagements in collaboration with client stakeholders and the wider Citco business (SMEs and Business Leads) translating agreed objectives into practical implementation plans
- Support the VP/SVP in overseeing a dedicated client engagement, working directly with client stakeholders to understand priorities, manage day-to-day expectations, coordinate delivery, and escalate key risks and decisions as appropriate
- Identify opportunities that can be used (e.g. automation, standardization, simplification, and integration) to solve business obstacles and to improve existing business processes
- Provide subject matter expertise around investor relations and/or AML/KYC
- Work closely with Business Analysts and broader project and business teams to guide, teach and impart specialized knowledge
- Assist with business requirements sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area
- Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformation Office’s expertise, best practices and technological solutions
- Maintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements
- Highlight areas of risk, contributing to meetings and overall project reporting via project manager
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Transformation Office
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, analytical, presentation and communication skills,



with the ability to explain complex operational issues clearly and influence outcomes across business and project teams

Qualifications

About You:

- 6-8 years relevant industry experience within Investor Relations, AML, KYC or Compliance, including hands-on experience delivering operational improvement or transformation initiatives
- Strong client-facing experience, with the confidence to engage directly with senior stakeholders, manage day-to-day relationships and take ownership of agreed delivery and service outcomes within the roles remit
- Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree
- A transformation mindset, with experience challenging established processes and implementing technology-enabled improvements
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans
- In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering policies; Cayman AML an advantage
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role and managing teams remotely
