We are located in the heart of Uptown Waterloo with ample parking, a dedicated client base, and a beautiful Clinic/Studio space for patients to seek out the best healthcare services in the region! Our facility is one-of-a-kind and has been carefully curated to resemble that of a spa setting; promoting a peaceful and inviting environment to work and thrive.

Our healthcare services include Physiotherapy and Registered Massage, and as Embark is also multifaceted, as you will find Embark Studio on the second floor. Embark Studio is Uptown Waterloo's only Healthcare Studio offering yoga and Pilates.

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will posses excellent communication skills and excel in a patient-focused healthcare setting.

- Effective Tools & Software: Jane and Marianatek to manage, book, and bill patient appointments seamlessly
- Supportive Team : Work alongside Physiotherapists, Massage therapists, and Studio Instructors to support clients through their health & wellness journey

- Location: Centrally located in Uptown Waterloo,

What the ideal candidate can bring to the Embark Team:
- Minimum 1-year of Reception/Administration experience (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) (required)
- Experience in healthcare administration or healthcare reception (preferred)
- Experience handling WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims (preferred)
- Solid communication and problem solving skills
- A compassionate and supportive team member
- Dedicated to facilitating high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered experience
- Motivated individual looking to effectively implement and grow clinic practices to support increasing demand for our services
