Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Clinic Manager to lead our dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure exceptional patient experiences, manage staff performance, and maintain compliance with healthcare standards. Your leadership will help foster a positive environment that promotes growth, efficiency, and outstanding patient care.

Duties

● Assisting our patient experience specialist with front desk operations including patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out procedures.

● Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule patient appointments and manage treatment schedules.

● Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

● Handle billing and insurance claims processing.

● Communicate with insurance companies in a timely and professional manner.

● Manage inventory and order office and medical supplies as needed.

● Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as required.





● Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a qualified and timely manner.

● Ensure the clinic maintains a clean and organized environment.

● Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.

● Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Experience

● Proven experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a managerial role.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical billing software.

● Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Working with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn (proficient content creator is a plus!)

● Basic Accounting skills

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
