Clinical Educator – Type 1 Diabetes to support patients and healthcare professionals across

British Columbia and Alberta . This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse, dietitian, or diabetes professional who combines strong clinical expertise with a passion for patient education, diabetes technology and improving quality of life .

The Opportunity

In this role, you will become a trusted clinical resource for patients and healthcare professionals, helping them confidently adopt and use innovative diabetes management technologies. Educate and support patients in the use of diabetes management technologies, including insulin delivery solutions Provide personalized follow-up, education and ongoing support to users Train and educate healthcare professionals on available technologies and solutions Partner with endocrinologists, diabetes nurses, dietitians and other healthcare professionals to optimize the patient experience Support the adoption of clinical best practices in Type 1 diabetes management Build strong relationships with diabetes clinics and healthcare professionals across your territory Stay current on developments in diabetes care,



insulin delivery and diabetes technology What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Nutrition/Dietetics, or another relevant healthcare discipline Registered and in good standing with the appropriate professional regulatory body in British Columbia or Alberta At least 1 year of experience working with Type 1 diabetes, ideally within a diabetes clinic or a diabetes-focused clinical role

Strong knowledge of diabetes management and patient education Experience with insulin pumps, CGM and/or automated insulin delivery technologies is highly desirable Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) designation is an asset

Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently and engaging with patients and healthcare professionals across a territory Why Consider This Opportunity?
