Drive laboratory excellence at EORLA as a temporary Clinical Laboratory Technician 3, focusing on sample collection and diagnostics preparation. Positions require flexible shifts, including weekends. This role supports EORLA’s operational needs by managing sample collection, preparation, and testing of clinical specimens. You will play a crucial part in identifying unsuitable samples and mentoring new staff, contributing to the laboratory's standards and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and prepare samples for diagnostic testing
- Receive and accession clinical specimens accurately
- Troubleshoot issues with unsuitable specimens
- Assist with training current laboratory staff
- Rotate through different laboratory job functions Requirements:
- College diploma or completed laboratory technician examination
- Minimum six months to one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of lab practices and health regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
