Vision33 is hiring a Cloud Support Consultant to join our Western Canada team. You will work within the TotalCare Support Team to provide Tier 2 client infrastructure support, handling a high-volume flow of tickets and escalations across Windows and Linux environments.

The role emphasizes rapid triage, prioritization, and effective decision-making with limited information, while aligning with PST working hours.

Experience in AWS and ERP–related support is highly valued.
