The Club Manager will oversee the daily operations of the club, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, monitor sales and inventory, and maintain a professional, vibrant, and well-organized nightlife environment. Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club.
- Supervise, coordinate, and manage club staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily revenue.
- Manage stock and inventory levels.
- Coordinate staff schedules and shifts.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally.
- Maintain discipline and professional standards among staff.
- Monitor the cleanliness, appearance, security, and general atmosphere of the club.
- Work with management to achieve sales and operational targets.




- Ensure club rules, policies, and safety procedures are followed.
- Prepare operational reports when required.

Requirements:

- Must have proven experience in club management, nightlife, lounge, bar, or similar hospitality operations.
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience is required.
- Good knowledge of club and nightlife operations and customer trends.
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Must be smart, confident, professional, and presentable.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy nightlife workplace.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be honest, responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Must be willing to reside in the provided accommodation.

Location: Warri, Delta State Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000 Monthly
