CNC Machine Operator Location: North York, ON

Pay Rate: $20-24/hr. per hour Day Shift: Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM

Saturday Overtime: Required during peak season Job Summary We are hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a busy manufacturing facility in North York. We are seeking a skilled machine operator with 2+ years of hands-on CNC/NC machine setup, operation, adjustment, and troubleshooting experience. This is a skilled machine operation role for someone who can independently set up machinery, perform tooling changes, read production drawings, troubleshoot equipment, and complete quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities – CNC Machine Operator - Set up and operate CNC/NC manufacturing machinery - Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes - Troubleshoot machine and production issues - Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and technical specifications - Load materials and monitor machine performance - Perform quality inspections using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools - Identify and correct production or quality issues - Complete production documentation and computer data entry - Perform basic preventive machine maintenance - Follow SOPs, safety procedures, PPE,



and 5S standards - Maintain a clean and safe work area Required Qualifications - Minimum 2+ years of CNC/NC machine setup and operation experience - Hands-on experience with machine adjustments and tooling changes - Experience troubleshooting manufacturing machinery - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and dimensional production drawings - Experience using calipers, tape measures, or other measuring tools - Basic computer skills and data entry experience - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - High School Diploma or equivalent Asset Skills - CNC Router experience - CNC Saw / Panel Saw experience - CNC woodworking machinery experience - NC machine experience - HMI experience - Experience in furniture, woodworking, automotive, metal, plastics, packaging, or other manufacturing environments Why Apply?
