Partners In Credit Inc is seeking full-time collection specialists who can work in office for our Thornhill Office.

Experience not required

- Contact clients via phone and email to collect outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with debtors.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using accounting software.
- Analyze account histories to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve disputes and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies during collection processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in accounts receivable or collections.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and data entry.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial regulations related to debt collection is an asset





Requirements:
- This is an in-office position.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00 p.m.
- One Late Night from 6:00 p.m.– 8:00 p.m
- One Mandatory Saturday per Month
- Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
