Position: Independent Commercial Cleaner /Independent Residential Cleaner / House Cleaner Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience, reliability, quality of work, and client feedback).

As an independent cleaner, you have total control over your schedule and availability.

- Set Your Own Hours: Choose the days and hours you are available to work.
- Pick Your Jobs: Review available cleaning jobs and choose which ones you want to accept. There is no requirement to accept every job offered.
- Work Your Way: Take on as many or as few jobs as fit your schedule. Flexible weekday and weekend opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

- Perform standard residential house cleaning, housekeeping services, and commercial cleaning tasks.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, offices, retail spaces, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and sanitize all surfaces across residential and commercial settings.
- Clean kitchen appliances, breakroom areas, countertops, cabinets, and floors.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks when required (experience with commercial equipment, oven cleaning, and refrigerator cleaning is a strong asset).
- Follow specific cleaning checklists and maintain Red Oak company standards for both home and business locations.




- Complete cleaning jobs efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
- Maintain professional, polite, and respectful communication with clients and property managers.
- Report any operational issues or special client requests back to management.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your work across all cleaning environments.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently or in small teams with minimal supervision.
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with residential clients and commercial store/office personnel.
- Robust communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is preferred, as jobs are located throughout the GTA.
