Responsibilities

- Perform tire repairs, replacements, and rotations on commercial vehicles using hand tools and power tools efficiently.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation to ensure safety standards are met.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers by providing excellent service, explaining repair procedures, and offering tire maintenance advice.
- Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle large tires and equipment during service tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used for each vehicle.




- Support general maintenance tasks around the shop or service area to uphold a clean and organized workspace.

Experience

- Previous TIRE repair experience is A MUST
- Hands-on experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems is advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge related to tire installation, repair, and vehicle maintenance is essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tire-changing equipment is required.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
- Experience in sales or upselling additional services is a plus but not mandatory.
