Join the Town of Ingersoll as a Communications Co-Op and play a key role in shaping community communication and engagement. Collaborate to deliver effective messaging and uphold the town’s brand. In this co-op position, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge strategies and executing the corporate Communication Strategy. You will work closely with senior management, engage with various stakeholders, and be instrumental in promoting town services and initiatives.

Your role will include updating digital content and creating informative materials that resonate with residents and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Revise and implement the corporate Communication Strategy
- Assist in developing communications for departments and town initiatives




- Maintain engaging content on the Town's digital platforms
- Promote engagement through campaigns and public consultations
- Support media relations for council and community events Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree or diploma in communications or a related area
- Relevant experience up to 6 months preferred
- Proficiency in writing and public speaking
- Experience with social media marketing tools
