- The candidate will be responsible for participating in the planning, implementation and communication of annual compensation processes.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting incentive design and bonus calculations.
- The candidate will work with P&C; Business Partners to proactively support Guest Support with compensation queries and processes while ensuring competitive market positioning.
- The candidate will support lululemon's annual performance management and compensation cycles through data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and the development of communications.
- The candidate will be responsible for completing monthly and quarterly audits in Workday, as needed.
- The candidate will be responsible for completing weekly job evaluations for roles across the global organization.
- The candidate will have opportunities to support broad compensation projects that come up throughout the organization.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in compensation, ideally in a multinational environment.
- The candidate must have a post-secondary degree in a related field, such as finance or HR.
- The candidate should have exposure to HRIS back-end systems and curiosity about how the back-end data comes together.
- The candidate must have experience with Workday, Microsoft Excel and other Office software.
- The candidate must be detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
- The candidate must be able to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- The candidate should demonstrate a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
- The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
- The candidate must communicate with honesty and kindness while encouraging others to do the same.
