We are seeking a dynamic and attentive Concierge/Support professional to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for winery visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties

- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and our reservation system, Tock.
- Be comfortable working with our point-of-sale system and completing transactions for customers.
- Sell our tasting experiences to customers and offer a brief overview of our wines when asked.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally, both in person and via phone or email.




- Assist the team by helping clear tables and polish glassware as needed.

Experience

- Prior retail experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation and communication.
- Knowledge of data entry procedures, clerical tasks, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Previous experience in the wine industry is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette, proofreading abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
