Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various on-site tasks, supporting daily construction operations to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Qualifications & Experience

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Must be able to provide own Personal Protective Equipment (hard hat, CSA-approved work boots, high-visibility vest, etc.)
- Previous construction experience is considered an asset
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, First Aid) are considered an asset

Key Responsibilities

- Assist tradespeople, contractors, and site personnel with various on-site duties as needed
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools,



and equipment to and from work areas
- Clean and prepare work sites by removing debris, hazards, and waste materials
- Perform general physical tasks, including heavy lifting of up to 70 lbs
- Follow all safety guidelines, protocols, and company policies on the job site

Requirements

- Ability to work flexible schedule, including some weekend work as required
- Physical capability to perform heavy manual labor and lift up to 70 lbs regularly
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic with a team-oriented attitude

We offer competitive pay (dependent on experience) and a supportive work environment. Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
