Role Description The Construction Worker will perform hands-on construction tasks in office in Bradford, ON, supporting projects from initial setup through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with masonry work, flooring installation, renovation activities, and general construction duties such as material handling, site preparation, and cleanup. The role involves following project plans and instructions, operating basic tools and equipment safely, and collaborating with supervisors and crew members to meet quality and timeline expectations.





The Construction

Worker will also help with simple measurements, layout tasks, and ongoing site safety practices. This is a full time, on-site role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in general Construction and Renovation work.
- Candidates should possess valid drivers licenses and vehicle.
- Candidates should possess skills in Masonry and related building trades.
- Candidates should possess skills in Framing.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic Research to understand materials, methods, and safety procedures.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Understanding of construction site safety standards and willingness to follow safety protocols.
- Strong physical stamina, ability to lift materials, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the Bradford, ON job site and ability to work full-time hours.
