Construction Workers – All Experience Levels

Norsteel Building Systems Ltd. is a family-run company that has been building pre-engineered steel buildings since 1992. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our growing construction team.

We welcome applicants with all levels of construction experience. Experience erecting pre-engineered steel buildings is a major asset, but it is not required. If you have a strong work ethic, are dependable, and are willing to learn, we’d like to hear from you.

- Construction experience is an asset, but all experience levels are welcome
- Pre-engineered steel building erection experience is a strong asset
- Reliable,



hardworking and safety-conscious
- Ability to provide your own transportation to jobsites
- Willingness to travel when required is beneficial
- Construction tickets/certifications are an asset, but not required
- Ability to work well as part of a crew
