What You’ll Do
Digital Content Creation & Storytelling · Create engaging written, visual, audio, and video content for social media, websites, digital advertising, and internal communications · Develop compelling stories that strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and community connection · Ensure content aligns with SNG’s brand, values, and communications objectives
Social Media Management & Distribution · Manage and schedule content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn · Monitor engagement, respond appropriately to audience interactions, and support online community building · Utilize social media management tools to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery
Digital Advertising Support · Assist with the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns through Meta and Google Ads · Support campaign performance tracking and reporting · Help ensure advertising initiatives align with overall marketing goals and strategies
Content Strategy & Marketing Support · Contribute creative ideas and insights to marketing, communications,
and public relations initiatives · Support the development of campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience reach · Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and success stories
Analytics & Reporting · Track content, social media, and campaign performance metrics · Prepare reports and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement · Analyze engagement data and identify opportunities to optimize performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with internal departments, leadership, and external partners to develop marketing and communications materials · Assist with maintaining content libraries, marketing assets, and brand resources · Support organizational initiatives, events, and special projects as required
Professional Development & Team Support · Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices · Participate in team projects and contribute to departmental goals · Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring · College diploma or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience · Approximately 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field · Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and management tools · Experience creating content including copywriting, graphics, video,
and multimedia assets · Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms · Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools · Basic knowledge of web design and HTML is considered an asset · Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) · Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills · Strong organizational and time-management skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines · High attention to detail and commitment to quality · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively · Strong interpersonal and public-facing communication skills · Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace change
