Contract IT Support Specialist — Post Production Studio

We’re Outsider Editorial, a post production company looking for an IT support specialist on a contract basis, approximately 20 hours per week.

You’ll help our team with day-to-day technical issues, with an initial focus on improving Wi-Fi reliability. The work also includes troubleshooting Macs streaming issues, workstations, peripherals, software, shared storage, and network access as issues arise.

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Experience supporting small creative teams, ideally in post production or a similar workplace.
- Strong Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with macOS and common post production workflows.
- A practical, responsive approach to solving problems and documenting fixes.
- Familiarity with post production softwares, mainly Adobe suite, Frame.io & Louper.
- Familiarity with hardware including HDMI based audio and video playback.
