Position Overview

We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Health Services team supporting a portfolio of psychological services contracts for national, provincial, and municipal law enforcement and public safety organizations. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for ensuring contract success through strong client relationship management, contract compliance, workforce engagement, service delivery oversight, and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of contracts of varying size, complexity, and activity levels
- Support workforce satisfaction, customer satisfaction, contract compliance, retention, and growth objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationship management, issue resolution, and escalations
- Monitor contract performance and ensure service level commitments are met
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Contract Administration teams
- Track contract deliverables, budgets, billing, invoicing, and financial performance to ensure compliance with approved rates and contract requirements
- Work closely with coordinators, psychologists, and test administrators to ensure efficient service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, contract growth, and enhanced customer service
- Support proposal and contract renewal activities as a subject matter expert
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication related to assigned contracts

Qualifications





- A post-secondary education in a healthcare, business, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of contract administration, project management, customer success, account management, or related experience
- Solid customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong financial awareness and understanding of contract compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting service delivery, contracts, or customer-facing operations

Additional Requirements

- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level
- French and English bilingualism is strongly preferred and will be considered an asset for this role
- Experience within healthcare, mental health, public safety, or professional services environments will also be considered an asset
- Ability to work out of our Burlington, ON or Ottawa, ON office (one or the other) on occaion would be preferred but will not be required for this role
- Occasional client-related travel may not be required (0-20%)

Compensation

$85,000 to $95,000CAD annually.
