Peterson Group Properties is seeking an Intermediate Property Accountant to join our commercial property accounting team on a one-year contract in Vancouver. The role reports to the Controller, Properties, and focuses on accurate, timely financials for assigned accounts within our portfolio.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ experience in property accounting and is proactive with solid Excel and Yardi 7 skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines and supporting budgeting and ad-hoc reporting.
