COOK – CHAR CHICK

Char Chick is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team.

Job Requirements

- Previous kitchen or fast-casual restaurant experience preferred
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Char Chick recipes and standards
- Safely operate grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Follow food-safety, sanitation and proper food-handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with food preparation, receiving deliveries and restocking
- Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Must be punctual, dependable and able to work well as part of a team
- Ontario Food Handler Certificate is preferred

Compensation: Minimum wage or more depending on experience Position: Full-time or part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
