No. 43 is seeking a dedicated individual for the Plumber/HVAC 1 role. As part of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of plumbing and HVAC maintenance tasks in a stable educational setting, working collaboratively yet independently. This role calls for a hands-on approach and previous experience with DDC systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Supervise uncertified workers as needed and document work
