What You’ll Do

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and property managers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and solutions tailored to client needs
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with our operations team to ensure project success
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Represent our company with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in commercial sales (HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of commercial systems and project scopes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills




- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively
- Valid driver’s license
