About the Position

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Crew Members to join our Dairy Queen team. As a Crew Member, you will help create a great experience for every guest by providing excellent customer service, preparing food and treats, maintaining a clean restaurant, and working as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

Take customer orders accurately and process payments

Prepare and serve Dairy Queen food, treats, and beverages according to brand standards

Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served promptly

Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to guest questions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, dining area, kitchen, and workstations

Follow food safety, health, and sanitation procedures

Restock supplies and ingredients as needed

Work cooperatively with other team members and support the restaurant during busy periods

Follow all company policies, procedures,



and operational standards

Perform other duties as required
