Join North Bay Regional Health Centre as a Crisis Intervention Child and Youth Worker, focusing on providing vital support to youth and families within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Program.

Your role includes crisis intervention and therapeutic engagement. Become an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering crisis stabilization and developing safety plans to support young clients. You'll participate in therapeutic activities, addressing the complex needs of youths facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide crisis intervention and support for youth clients
- Develop and participate in therapeutic activities for groups
- Collaborate on safety planning with multidisciplinary teams




- Offer direct support to families in need of assistance
- Maintain accurate records of client assessments and interventions Requirements:
- Diploma in Child and Youth Work from an accredited college
- Registered with the Ontario Association of Child and Youth Counsellors
- BLS for Health Care Providers certification essential
- Minimum two years of relevant experience preferred
