We are currently looking for our next Accounts Receivable Coordinator to complement our customer service team based at our transport center in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Your days will look like:

- Maintain a positive relationship with customers;
- Update customer profiles and monitor accounts;
- Enter data for creating transactions (inbound/outbound);
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis;
- Validate that all transactions are compliant and complete;
- Check that transactions and services are correctly entered into the system and invoiced;
- Perform the required follow-ups to ensure that all relevant documents are accurate (products received and products shipped);
- Make the appropriate corrections according to the procedures in place in the event of problems;
- Run reports if necessary;
- Create and modify customer account data;
- All other related and required tasks.

What we are looking for:
- French and English bilingualism is essential in this position
- Ability to work in a changing environment & sense of initiative;
- Ability to work under pressure and keep several files simultaneously;
- Good communicator and excellent customer service;




- Ability to be flexible in order to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a transport, logistics or warehousing environment;
- Robust knowledge of the Microsoft suite, AS400 software (Asset);
- Bilingual (oral and written);
- Due to CT-PAT policy, subject to criminal background check.
