Responsibilities

- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and analyze sales data for targeted outreach.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that meet both their needs and company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify recent market opportunities and craft tailored sales pitches.




- Maintain a deep understanding of our technology solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, food product, restaurant knowledge roles is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Experience in business development and account management, especially within technology or related sectors.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases.
- Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
