Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive questions or concerns
- Provide detailed product and service information to help customers make informed decisions
- Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance or safety, boosting customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments for services, parts, or accessories
- Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to relay customer needs and ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales, and service history
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships





Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with automotive sales and customer interactions
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience helps in understanding vehicle issues and explaining solutions effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Ability to upsell products or services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency
- Experience with cash handling and basic point-of-sale systems ensures accurate transactions
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes enhances communication between customers and technical staff
- A proactive approach to problem-solving combined with excellent communication skills
