About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care/Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support while also driving sales through proactive engagement with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers, guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.




- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to better serve customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and streamlining sales processes.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales targets, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or inside sales preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

This is a full time position and you will be working from Monday - Friday each week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00-$25.00 per hour + Bonus

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
