In this role, you will assist customers with product questions, online orders, returns, and general account inquiries while providing friendly and professional support. Duties

- Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and online communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, availability, sizing, orders, and shipping questions.
- Process and follow up on customer orders, returns, exchanges, and related requests.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
- Help resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and operations teams to ensure orders are handled efficiently.
- Provide customers with clear updates regarding order status, delivery, and other service requests.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers at all times.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with computers, email, online platforms, and basic office software.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain professional and patient when handling customer concerns.
- Previous customer service, retail, or e-commerce experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.

Pay: $21.58-$24.35 per hour
