They are investing heavily in enterprise technology solutions and are seeking a skilled D365 Functional Business Analyst to help drive the optimization and continuous improvement of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on business-critical initiatives, influence ERP strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Your New Role

As the D365 Functional Business Analyst, you will serve as the functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;), partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to design, implement, support, and enhance ERP capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading the design, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing evolution of the D365 F&O; platform.
- Collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for process automation, workflow improvements, and operational efficiencies through D365 F&O.;
- Monitoring Microsoft product releases, updates, and roadmap initiatives while developing adoption strategies aligned with business objectives.




- Defining and maintaining a long-term ERP continuous improvement roadmap.
- Designing and overseeing integrations between D365 F&O; and other enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Supporting system upgrades, maintenance activities, testing, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Acting as the subject matter expert for D365 F&O; across the organization.
- Providing user training, creating documentation, supporting change management initiatives, and driving user adoption.
- Mentoring users and translating complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (formerly Dynamics AX).
- Strong functional expertise across D365 F&O; modules, including:
- Finance
- Supply Chain Management
- Production
- Proven experience delivering D365 F&O; implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support initiatives.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, data flows, and business process optimization.
- Knowledge of Agile,



Waterfall, or V-Model software delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
- Experience developing training materials, conducting workshops, and supporting user adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications.
- Experience with X++ development.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and integrations.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs.
