At BVI Sugaring, we deliver high-end sugaring, laser hair removal, skincare, and body-contouring treatments in a warm, boutique, and elevated studio setting. We are looking for a organized, dependable, and goal-driven Daily Operations Manager to step in and keep our studio running smoothly!

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

- Studio Operations & Flow: Oversee day-to-day operations—manage room turnover, support staff, maintain flawless cleanliness, and ensure seamless client flow from front desk to treatment room.
- Client Experience Leadership: Be the welcoming face of BVI Sugaring, handling front-desk check-ins, phone inquiries, rebooking, and resolving client questions with polish and warmth.
- Goal Setting & Performance Tracking: Track weekly and monthly revenue, membership, and retail targets using Excel or Google Sheets, helping keep the team motivated and on track.
- Retail & Upselling Support: Confidently recommend retail products and memberships to elevate client results and hit sales targets.
- Inventory & Studio Preparation: Help monitor inventory levels, stock supplies, and ensure treatment rooms are prepped to high standards.

Who You Are (Requirements & Qualifications)

- Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in a sugaring, laser hair removal, spa, or medical aesthetics environment is required.
- 100% Reliable & Responsible: You take pride in strong follow-through, punctuality, and emotional maturity. You’re someone the team and owner can truly count on to run the floor with confidence.
- Goal-Oriented Mindset:



Comfortable working with targets, tracking key metrics, and reporting weekly progress.
- Polished & Professional: Strong communication skills and skilled presentation, comfortable interacting with diverse clients (women, men, and teens).
- Tech-Savvy Basics: Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for simple reporting and daily scheduling.
- Availability: Must be able to work Saturdays regularly.
