Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Lead (DGL) to join our payment solutions sales team. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective businesses that can benefit from our payment terminal and merchant services solutions. You will generate qualified leads, build relationships with business owners, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and develop relationships with ISV’S and enterprise merchants requiring card-present payment solutions, integrated payment technologies to improve payment acceptance and operational efficiency.

Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, email, social media, and field prospecting.

Educate prospects on payment terminals, card processing services, and merchant solutions.

Qualify leads based on business needs, transaction volume, and decision-making authority.

Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales Consultants.

Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM systems.

Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales cycle.





Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach campaigns and lead quality.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and payment technology advancements.

Required Qualifications

1+ year of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience preferred.

Solid communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.

Goal-oriented with the ability to meet activity and lead-generation targets.

Basic understanding of payment processing, POS systems, or fintech products is a plus.

Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in merchant services, fintech, banking, or telecommunications sales.

Familiarity with payment terminals, POS systems, and card processing solutions.

Experience selling B2B products or services.
