Salary: Commission-based (Earn per package)Job DescriptionDragonfly Delivery is looking for reliable, motivated independent Delivery Drivers to join our team in Langford! We deliver Amazon packages 7 days a week. If you enjoy driving, managing your own day, and want a flexible schedule with weekly payouts, this is the perfect chance for you.Schedule and Hours

- Operating Days: 7 days a week (Flexible scheduling available)
- Start Times: Flexible shift starts between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM
- End Time: All packages must be delivered by 10:00 PM

Compensation and Pay StructureWe offer competitive, package-based earnings paid weekly every Friday via e-Transfer (following an initial 2-week hold period). Drivers can choose from two payout options:
- Option 1 (Tiered Rate): Earn between $1.65 and $5.00 per package (less a 15% company administration fee).
- Option 2 (Flat Rate): Earn a flat $1.40 per package with all company fees completely waived.





Vehicle Options (Bring Your Own or Rent from Us)You can choose to use your own vehicle or lease a company vehicle under the following structure:
- Company Van Rental Program: Don't have a vehicle? You can rent a company van. The daily rental charge is tiered based on the volume of parcels you deliver that day:
- 1 to 100 parcels: $25 daily rental fee
- 101 to 130 parcels: $30 daily rental fee
- 131 to 400 parcels: $40 daily rental fee

Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- A reliable personal vehicle (if not choosing the company van rental option).
- Smartphone with a data plan for delivery navigation.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of reliability.
